Bogul's Bruisers Session #16

The group entered Run'Thar and were escorted by The Kobold to the Old Tents where they met Draven who explained how Run'Thar worked

• The group would need to surrender their weapons and belongings and stay in the Old Tents for a month before beginning their training with the masters of Run'Thar

• The group also explained to Draven that weapons were being stolen by Run'Thar from the outside world

Choosing to instead stay in "The Inn" for a silver a night and keep their possessions, the group found Iralia Evergrace at the Crater

• A dwarf and halfling were settling a dispute in the Crater concerning the theft of the Dwarf's food - the halfling proved victorious

Iralia brought the group back to her facilities where they found the body of an elven man almost completely turned to blue crystal

• His spoke the prophecy, "The Hammer shatters earth, the mountain cracks, and only dragon fire lights its visage"

• The group decided to consult Lamp on what it could mean

Exiting Run'Thar and returning to Ascendency Peak, they tracked down Lamp to a mountain wall which opened when a light was shined through a small keyhole.

Inside, they found Lamp and her lion unconscious on the cave floor and the mysterious water figure from the Satyr camp within

Attacking the water figure as it advanced on them, the entity seemed especially interested in Jezria and attempted to reach her before being cut down

With the creature gone, Lamp was able to regain herself

When asked about the prophecy, Lamp lead the group away from the cave, which seemed to be breeding ground for the legendary creatures who called the mountain home

• Lamp explained there are few dragons left in the world but one of them sleeps at the heart of Ascendency Peak, Embergore.

The group entered the crack at the base of the mountain and felt the heat from the dragon lair below.
