Star & Scale #19

The battle with the Wing Guard and Ionlann was fought and won by Star and Scale, and while the pegasus was killed, the orc and human were captured by the group

While the Ionlann gave no information upon being questioned, a Suggestion spell made her explain the Wing Guard, whose name was Evergar, had allowed the assassination attempt of the High Prince in Caim to happen; an event Star and Scale had been present for and had helped thwart

• The Ionlann claimed she was hiding him until he lead her to the people who hired him, and that she was not actually in league with him

Deciding they needed to turn the two in to authorities, Star and Scale set out from the hamlet with the two prisoners, as well as Daedalin, who claimed he had a cousin in Sophivitas named Farewright who could get them a job so they could use the teleportation circle in the city to return to Caim

Gift had a uncovered a memory in which a voice, presumably his creator, had a conversation with another about "how many will there be?"

• Another voice, one internal to Gift, spoke to him, and Gift's vacant chest cavity opened again, but promptly closed at the end of the memory

Star and Scale arrived at the Tavern on High outside of Sophivitas and left May and Ezekiel there with the prisoners while they went into Sophivitas to see about gaining access to the teleportation circle therein.
