Bogul's Bruisers Session #18
The Path to Grey Bacon
Arriving back at Run'Thar, the group sped their way to the Evergrace infirmary and cured the elven man nearly overtaken by the crystal growth.
While there they also met a man named Tydus the Gol who had fallen while trying to stop Locked in Midnight from stealing away from the Armory
In turns out Draven attempted to confront Locked in Midnight about the theft of weapons from famous weaponsmiths around Core Vandal, which lead to Draven's death and Locked in Midnight's escape from Run'Thar with a fourth of the Armory
Tydus needed a cure found in Crooked Post, and also needed the poison drawn from him every day by a spell Hannah can cast
The group had a chat with Samoht's old master, Thyung, who encouraged Samoht to find Locked in Midnight to restore Run'Thar's honor.
The group decided to bring the pendant with the fist they found in Embergore's lair to Zen the Punch the Third
There they found that it once belonged to Zeb III's father, Zeb II. He went missing during the Cheap Shot 50 years ago and most thought he tried to run.Â
Zeb III thanked the group, gave them a reward, and emblems that would allow them access to the training facilities at Run'Thar
The group also told Zeb about Embergore being asleep under the mountain instead of dead as was believed.
Jezria discovered the Gallant family were mostly dead, but one of them still hunted undead in Galdarion.
The group bought Goat mounts from the Goatterd Family Stables, and made it down the mountain without any trouble.
On the road south to the Tale's End bridge, they came across heads on spikes with a sign that said "Southerners Unwelcome"
One of those heads belonged to Vole the Vivacious from Crooked Post, prompting questions of what he was doing in the Duskmaker Plains
Three centaurs claimed to be responsible and a fight ensued when they drew weapons the party recognized as Guunderson weapons
The last remaining centuar, Vasilis, confessed a Tabaxi gave them the weapons for safe passage over the Duskmakers along with his group.
Vasilis promised to show Samoht to their caravan and the two said their goodbyes and rode east while the rest of the group continued south.
