Duskmaker Plains
"Preserving these plains has become a passion for the people of Core Vandal. Mostly due to the things that will kill them if they don't." - from the memoirs of Lewin Von Treet, Vault: the Land of Stuff and Things
Earning its name from how the golden horizons of grass make dusk seem to linger for an eternity, the denizens of these plains have pushed back against every attempt to settle them. The primary forces of the Duskmaker are the centaurs, minotaurs, and satyrs. Their xenophobic lifestyle makes it so all are suffered to pass through but none are allowed to stay. It would interrupt their nomadic way of living out in the elements.
The hunting on the Duskmaker is plentiful and kept in good health by those who live there. Wild horses and massive birds with wingspans that blot out the sun also call the plains home. There has even been rumor of a band of horses capable of speech, and a family of Rocs that carry off entire herds of game. There is a saying from the people of Delve, "Eyes down for centaurs, eyes up for birds."
