The Magnificents #1

Dahlia, Lily, Xakaris, and Vareth, though not knowing each other before arriving in Cypress, docked on the same boat. The two dragonborn and two half elves came to the city of shipwrights for different reasons but their destinies were soon entwined

Xakaris and Vareth went in search of a wealthy tavern in order to ply their trade of performance and pickpocketing. Thinking they looked like they knew where they were going, Dalia and Lily followed after.

The group arrived at tavern settled next to an old ship buried amongst the buildings of Cypress called The Victorious. There, Xakaris put on a show for a group of wealthy noble looking patrons, while Dalia and Lily were mistaken as part of the act

• One of the women in attendance announced she was in no mood for merriment since her daughter went missing

  • Dalia dug into the situation and discovered the woman's daughter, named Dash, left on a ship called the Ocean Shape and never returned. The group dedicated themselves to finding the woman.

The spent some time asking around at the docks, Xakaris in disguise, but heard mostly rumor. They sought a dive bar called The Gangplank where they could question less savory but perhaps more reliable character, when a small boy named Lil'Jonny released a group of giant cobras on the docks from a cargo shipment, then ran off.
